Clovis Urgent Care is committed to providing the best care in the most cost effective manner for our patients. Fees vary depending on the level of service provided. In most cases, Clovis Urgent Care fees and co-pays are substantially lower than those charged by hospital Emergency Departments

Fees for patients with insurance are contractually set by the insurance companies and vary from company to company. The price for private pay and cash patients is set to the lowest legal limit. 

IN NETWORK INSURANCE

Patients with insurance are required to pay the co-pay as determined by your insurance carrier. This co-pay is substantially less than those charged by hospitals and free-standing Emergency Departments.

LOW CO-PAY FOR HIGH DEDUCTIBLES

The insurance carrier is billed directly for patients with high deductible plans. Patients may be required to pay the co-pay as determined by your insurance carrier. This co-pay is substantially less than those charged by hospitals and free-standing Emergency Departments. 

SELF PAY

Clovis Urgent Care provides access to quality healthcare at affordable prices. Self pay or uninsured patients are required to pay for services at the time of treatment. Additional charges for procedures, labs and/or x-rays will be billed. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, personal checks and cash.

OUT OF NETWORK

While it is impossible to participate with every insurance plan, we strive to accommodate all patients and plans. Patients with out-of-network plans are required to pay for services at the time of the visit. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, personal checks and cash. We will “courtesy bill” all plans, meaning we will submit the claim on the patient’s behalf, and the insurance company may reimburse the patient directly at the rate determined by the plan.
